When do you start showing apartments for the next school year?

We start showing apartments in mid November for the next school year.


What is your process for renting an apartment?

To secure an apartment, all the tenants must sign the lease and pay the entire security deposit (one month's rent). Parent co-signer forms must be received within two weeks.


How do I submit a maintenance request?

If you have a maintenance issue, submit a maintenance request via our Web site under Tenants.


Do I need a parent co-signer?

All of our campus properties require a parent co-signer. We need parent cosigners because we do not pull your credit. We also do not charge an application fee. Each tenant on the lease needs a parent co-signer.


Are pets allowed in your properties?

Yes, we are pet friendly. Pets are allowed in all buildings that do not share common hallways. Residents with pets must sign a pet agreement and pay appropriate pet fees.


When do I get my security deposit back?

Tenants are responsible for providing us their forwarding address upon vacating the apartment (by filling out the Tenant Deposit Return form). We will return your deposit within 30 days of move-out.


When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month. We give tenants a grace period of two additional days to make rent payments. Rent payments received after the third of the month are subject to late fees. Partial rent payments are not accepted.
