Steve Papineau, President
Steve started investing in real estate in 1998. He has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and financial management. He and his wife Jennifer started Shelby Management in 2005 when they purchased their first property in the Ohio State University campus area. As President, Steve manages the daily operations and management of Shelby Management.
Ron Catron, Maintenance Supervisor
Ron is the maintenance supervisor for Shelby Management. He has over 20 years of experience in property management and maintenance. Ron handles most maintenance issues and also manages outside contractors that are used for some of our major renovations.
Jennifer Papineau
Jennifer manages our marketing activities, assists with accounting and bookkeeping and also works in the office as needed for apartment showings and tenant move-ins.
Patty Saad, Office Manager
Patty manages the daily activities in the office including bookkeeping, filing, answering phone calls and organizing tenant information. She is responsible for keeping the administrative side of the office running smoothly.
